The Callisto Residence is a pilot project for the Terlat developer. Indeed, it is the first residence implementing a constructive mixed wood / concrete solution on a collective building. This design approach requires from the beginning, to integrate the industrial solution to build quickly and cheaply.
GreenBuilding led the technical studies and developped the industrial solutions necessary to reach the objectives: to build quickly and cheaply a residence of quality and environmentally friendly.

Recommendation plan for improving the environment, energy,
comfort and profitability
The group TOTAL operates in Mahakam one of the largest natural gas exploitation centers in the world. A few thousand people work and live there to operate the gas fields 24 hours a day. These 2 bases of life and work work in perfect autonomy in an isolated and hostile environment. TOTAL wanted to identify the best solutions to improve energy performance, environmental and also the quality of life and work of its buildings.
GreenBuilding conducted an environmental and energy audit on the site, and detailed a recommendation plan for improving the environment, energy, comfort and profitability

Environmental and Energy concept and design
The Green Cottage residence is composed of individual houses ranging from 84 to 94 m². These duplex houses are all accessible PMR.
Due to its location between sea and scrubland, and close to the city of Montpellier, this residence is respectful of the environment. It also guarantees a reduced energy bill because of its ecological design.
GreenBuilding developed the environmental concepts and ensured the technical design of the project.

Programming - Project management -Environmental concept
Clamart Habitat has decided to launch an ambitious construction program for 40 social housing units and a community nursery in the heart of Clamart. The project is strongly constrained by the planning, consequence of a need for relocation of the renters, the complexity of the plot and its location in the heart of the city. This does not mean that Clamart Habitat has reduced its requirements for environmental performance, comfort and quality of life. GreenBuilding developed the program from the customer's needs, managed the project from the program to the handover and defined the environmental profile.
